1.

overview

This Payment Policy explains how payments, deposits and the TRACER wallet work on the platform operated by New Company 1 Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"). All amounts on TRACER are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). By topping up your wallet or making a purchase you agree to the terms below.

2.

how payments work

TRACER runs on a prepaid wallet. You add credit to your wallet, then spend that balance on skins. Card payments are handled by a secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express, PayPal, bank transfers or cryptocurrency.

3.

accepted methods

Two ways to pay:

  • Card top-up (Visa / Mastercard) — adds credit to your wallet instantly on successful authorisation.
  • Wallet balance — used at checkout for any skin purchase. No card is charged at checkout when your balance covers the order.
4.

currency & pricing

The primary and settlement currency is USD. The price shown on a listing is the price you pay — there are no hidden buyer fees added at checkout. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate; that conversion is between you and your bank.

5.

security

Card data is processed entirely by our PCI-DSS-compliant provider over an encrypted connection. TRACER stores only a transaction reference, never your card number or CVV. Suspicious activity may trigger additional verification or a temporary hold to protect your account.

6.

withdrawals & seller payouts

Users who sell their own items on the platform accrue the proceeds (net of a 10% platform commission) as a withdrawable wallet balance. Withdrawals are requested from your wallet and paid to your verified bank card or bank account. Credits you buy via card top-up are used to purchase items and are not withdrawable as cash.

7.

identity verification (kyc)

Before your first withdrawal is released we verify your identity: full legal name, a government-issued identity document (such as a passport), residential address, and payout details. Verification is reviewed and must be approved. We may apply limits, request further information, and delay or decline payouts to prevent fraud and to comply with applicable law. Payouts are typically processed within a few business days of approval.

8.

failed & declined payments

If a top-up is declined, no credit is added and no charge is settled. If a skin trade fails to deliver after a successful purchase, the amount is automatically returned to your wallet — see our Refund Policy. Refunds for failed purchases always credit your wallet; withdrawable balances earned from selling your own items are paid out through the withdrawal process described above.

9.

chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first at support@tracer.auction — most issues are resolved within a day. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while we investigate, in line with our Terms of Service.
